Pistil Softtail Mountain Titanium

The Sanitas Pistil Softail Titanium is handcrafted using hand-selected, size-specific, cold-worked 3/2.5 titanium tubing.  Each frame is designed and built one by one in our Durango, Colorado facility to provide a ride that’s specifically catered to the customer’s riding style and needs in mind.

Designed around flex plate chain stays, hydroformed downtube, and hand-picked oversized cold worked and stress relieved titanium tubing, the Pistil Softail delivers nimble handling while at the same time providing exceptional climbing and descending ability. With over 2yrs of development, the Pistil Softail is the perfect bike to take the edge off, but all the while not losing that hardtail feel riders have come to love. With 70mm of rear travel using a flex-plate chain stay connected to a single upper pivot & rocker link, the dual position shock allows the Pistil Softail to be ridden like a traditional hardtail or provide small bump compliance when desired. We design the Pistil Softail to provide ample tire clearance of 29 x 2.4”, so you get that smooth ride over all types of terrain.
