Pistil Trail Full-Suspension Ti/Aluminum

The Sanitas Pistil Trail is handcrafted using hand-selected, size-specific, cold-worked 3/2.5 titanium tubing.  Each frame is designed and built one by one in our Durango, Colorado, facility to provide a ride specifically catered to the customer’s riding style and needs.

Designed around hand-picked, oversized, cold-worked, stress-relieved titanium tubing, a hydroformed downtube, and an independent CNC’d 7075-R aluminum rear triangle. The Pistil trail is our first offering in the trail bike market. This bike is tailored for the trail rider, from all-mountain trails and town laps to days in the bike park centered around a generous 150mm of dual-suspension travel. The rear triangle utilizes the 3VO suspension designed by Chris Curry at Ministry Cycles and a Titanium 3D-printed yoke for the seat tube and bearing mounts. The front triangle uses a hydroformed downtube to provide ample shock clearance and increased strength. Rider position and preference can be tailored through custom geometry, which is all done in-house. The Pistil Trail’s design has been optimized to provide ample tire clearance of 29 x 2.6”, so you get that smooth ride over all types of terrain. With the ability to hand-select the components of your choice for your Pistil Trail frame, you can build the high-performing, trail-ready bike of your dreams.
