Pistil XC Full-Suspension Ti/Carbon

The Sanitas Pistil XC is handcrafted using hand selected, size specific, cold worked 3/2.5 titanium tubing.  Each frame is designed and built one by one in our Durango, Colorado facility to provide a ride that’s specifically catered for the customers riding style and needs in mind.

Designed around hand-picked oversized cold worked and stress relieved titanium tubing, hydroformed downtube and independent carbon rear triangle. The Pistil XC delivers fast and nimble trail handling through its progressive geometry, 120mm of dual suspension travel and high-end materials that meets the needs of today’s modern XC rider. We manufacture the titanium front triangle by hand which is meticulously matted with a custom designed independent carbon rear triangle using a dual pivot design and lightweight stock rear suspension. This translates into the bike having efficient engagement to the rear wheel when climbing all the while feeling supple, stable and secure through the descents. The Pistil XC’s design has been optimized to provide ample tire clearance of 29 x 2.4”, so you get that smooth ride over all types of terrain. With the ability to hand select the components of your choosing for your Pistil XC frame you are able to build a lightweight race machine, high performance trail ready bike or anything in-between.
